Summary and Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing team at Haplen leverages world-class marketing technologies, data-driven insights, and exemplary teamwork – to not only help execute marketing campaigns but transform the role of Marketing into a strategic innovation and revenue-generating hub. The Digital Marketing team is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our social media advertising program.
As a Social Media Manager, you will work across departments to launch and maintain advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit. You will work closely with our Paid Media team to ensure consistency across multiple campaigns and mediums, as well as work alongside our advertising agency to build, launch, optimize, and report on paid social media campaigns.
Our ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytics. This person will understand multiple social media platforms and have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to build a paid social media program that drives business results. Ideal candidates are passionate about owning programs, testing new tactics, and driving conversions to hit goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize day-to-day paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms: Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders and our agency to develop best-in-class digital programs.
Continuously design, build, and test targeting strategies.
Measure and report performance of campaigns and compare against goals.
Drive paid social media programs and make recommendations regarding campaign optimizations.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising.
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, 2+ years of managing paid social media.
Proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns, and translating data into insights that drive enhanced performance outcomes.
Comprehensive knowledge of creative best practices for digital advertising campaigns.
Highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
Experience writing and optimizing ad copy
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated paid media campaign plans using tactics that include digital advertising, live events, webinars, marketing collateral, and web pages.
Experience with B2B marketing, specifically high-tech products/services.
Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills – comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
Passion to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills.
Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across business teams.
