We currently offer tiered plans and our lowest plan starts at 2 members. When upgrading, you'll need to choose the most appropriate tier for your team size.

Typically, an Organization is a business or a group of coworkers who share the same email domain. We organize coworkers by Organization to make it easy for you to invite new teammates to work with you in your Haplen account.

You can form teams within your organization. Teams are groups of people who collaborate on specific projects. In Haplen, you may form a team for your Marketing department or a group of employees who are all working on the same project. Haplen projects are structured into teams. This enables organizing groups of individuals around specific workflows simple for anyone.

You can purchase Haplen with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.

We're happy to work with student groups using Haplen.

We offer two months of Haplen for free for companies who choose an annual subscription. We also have a program for nonprofit companies looking to use Haplen at a discounted rate.

If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features. Is there an on-premise version of Haplen? We are passionate about the web and do not plan to offer an internally hosted version of Haplen.

Haplen uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to protect your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. We host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls, and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information. Have more questions?
